This convention’s silent auction will be held in the Exhibit Hall and hosted by the Columbia Gorge Model Railroad Club.
We will have a “Buy it Now” table for items that the Seller wants to sell at their price. The table will have separate tickets and will be handled by a cashier who will accept cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
If you have small or low cost items package them to be sold using the below parameters (No $1.00 packages).
If you wish to sell or bid on items, see a member of the auction committee to verify that your convention ID is in the auction system.
NTS participants need to get a bidding number from the Auction office.
Many of you will have pre-registered your items using the auction app. If so, bring your items to our entry desk and we print bid cards for all items presented.
If you did not pre-register, please make a list of item descriptions (to appear on the bid card) and the minimum bid so we can process your requirements quickly.
Our staff can assist with pricing strategies if needed.
The auction committee accepts items for the traditional silent auction with a minimum Starting bid of $10.00 and incremental bids of dollar amounts. If you have small or low cost items package them accordingly.
